What's the average price of your Kaftans?

Price is dependent on amount of material used if the design is not something we have made before. General pricing is as follows: Top: RWF90,000 Full Set: RWF 160,000 Dresses: RWF 70,000-100,000 Women's Tops: RWF 70,000
Do you make custom designs?

Yes we do. We have a consistently updates variety of material colors, and culture materials to choose from, with the assistance of our operations department.
Can I order a Kaftan for someone even if I am not in the country?

Absolutely! When you contact us for an order we provide a form for the size and customer details. Payments can be made online. Delivery, however, is covered by the buyer if location is not within Kigali.
Are all the Kaftans on the website also available in the store?

Items placed in "shop" are the currently available items or current collection of the year. Old collection designs can be found in our "Design With Us" page.
What do I do if the style I want on the website is no longer available?

You may request the specific design through our "Shop" page, or "Design with Us" for a new one. However, the specified material or color may not be available and alternatives are provided.
Do you make women's Kaftans?

Yes we do. Our current collection of women's design includes BouBou dresses, unisex shirts, kimonos, and more, which we slowly release or develop on demand.
How long does re-sizing take?

Resizing a ready-made Kaftan takes 2 to 5 business days. Any delays we may have will be communicated.
Can I make payments in installments?

Absolutely! We understand the pricing can be intimidating, so we allow installment payments, and they can be communicated.
How long does it take to make a Kaftan

A top takes 1-3 business days to make. A full set takes 2-5 business days to make A dress also takes 2-5 business days. Any delays faced are communicated. Last minute orders are often requested but not advised.
